Sealed Bid responses will be received by Purchasing, on September 11, 2025 at 11:00AM prevailing time in the Salem County Administration Building, Office of the Purchasing Agent, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey, 08079, at which time and place responses will be opened for Providing Large Capacity Commercial Dryers for the Salem County Correctional Facility.
Questions concerning this RFP shall be directed in writing to the Salem County Office of the Purchasing Agent, Attention: Jeffrey T. Ridgway, Jr., Purchasing Agent, either by facsimile at (856) 339-4190 or by email at purchasing@salemcountynj.gov. Questions must be submitted by 12:00 P.M. (Noon) on August 28, 2025. Questions received after this date and time will not be answered.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 11:00 am prevailing time on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at the Correctional Facility located at 125 Cemetery Road in Pilegrove, NJ 08098 for a tour of the laundrty area.
